Hey Y’all, I’m McKenzie Nabi! I’m a journalist located in Austin, Texas. In August, I graduated from the University of Texas with my bachelors in Journalism. I’m so excited to bring all the skills I learned there to this project! Growing up in rural East Texas as an Arab woman made me passionate about raising up marginalized voices in everything I do and I hope that reflects in my work here. I’m working on something very special for the Chai with Venus socialverse. Y’all will be seeing a lot more of me very soon!
